Today, Mon 11 March 2014, the acting president of the University Dr. Mohammed Rasheed Mokhtar with the presence of the Dean of College of Languages and the Director of International Relations welcomed a German delegation consisting of Director of DAAD in the Middle East Dr. Christian Hülshörster, and Juliane Wicklein, a lecturer at German Department.
The acting president expressed his happiness for the visit and he wished for the continuation of combined effort and mutual support. He also welcomed any initiative towards the enhancement of education. Also in the meeting, it was resolved that two students at German Department should pursue further studies abroad in Germany so that they will become German lecturers at German Department at Salahaddin University.
