On Thursday, 31st January 2017, in his office, SU president met with a delegation of Kuwait`s Consulate in KRG among whom were Dr Omar Ahmed Al-Kanderi Kuwait’s Consul General in Kurdistan Region and Said Tariq Al-Isi Head of Al-Ghasa Group in Kuwait. Representatives from College of Islamic Sciences of SU were present in the meeting.
In the meeting, cooperation between both SU and delegation was discussed, particularly undertaking research projects concerning Islamic sciences and eradicating extremism. Later, the guest delegate presented books to SU and showed the willingness to offer assistance in the academic field.
