Dr. Ahmed Anwar Dezaye, the President of Salahaddin University, received Mr. Irhard Kinlie, Director of the Institut français du Proche-Orient (IFPO) to discuss scientific cooperation and joint workshops.
The meeting was attended by Dr. Mohammad Rasheed Mochtar, Salahaddin University Vice President for Administration and Financial Affairs and the Head d of the IFPO Erbil office.
The meeting participants discussed organizing joint workshops in the next academic year for over thirty masters and PhD students. The students will come from the European Union member states and their research works are related to various aspects of the Kurdistan Region varying from economics, water and sanitation, trade, politics and communications.
