In the university presidency office, Dr.Ahmed Anwer Dezaye the president of Salahaddin University with the presence of Dr.Ibrahim Hamarash the Vice-President for Scientific Affairs and Postgraduate Studies welcomed Dr. Muhammad Ihsan the president of the Private University of Hawler.
In the meeting, they discussed strengthening the academic relations between the two universities. They also discussed academic exchange so that Salahaddin University as the largest university in Kurdistan Region could provide academic and scientific support to university of Hawler, in the same way it supports all the new universities whether they are local or private, to improve the higher education sector and the scientific level of the universities.
Also in the meeting, they shed light on the role of Kurdistan universities in preparing researches to deal with the recent financial crisis in Kurdistan, so that with the support of Kurdistan universities, academics could go through this critical stage scientifically and will avoid being afflicted again in the future.
