In the university presidency office, with the presence of the director of the university international relations, the president of Salahaddin University assistant professor Dr. Ahmed Anwer Dezaye welcomed a delegation of Russian Private Synergy University, consisted of Elina Andergna “representative of the international department” and Mekheal Codenov “representative of the general relations department in the university”.
In the meeting, the president of Salahaddin University shed light on higher education situation in Kurdistan Region, the historical basis of Salahaddin University and the scientific development level of Salahaddin University. The delegation declared the reason behind their visit as they wish to open a scientific and academic office in Kurdistan Region with the support of Salahaddin University to provide special facilities to the Kurdish postgraduate students in the Russian private synergy university in different fields.
Also in the meeting, they discussed signing an agreement of exchanging academic staff and fulfilling scientific activities such as conferences, mutual scientific research, opening training courses and teaching Russian language.
