In the presence of Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Anwer Dizayee “The President of Salahaddin University”, The President of United Kurdistan Islamic Religion experts, The Administative Staff of Ishik University Presidency, A Number of Well-Known University Lecturers, Religious Experts, Researchers of Turkey, Morocco and Kurdistan, they were all present in Salahaddin University Social and Cultural Centre in Erbil City. Both College of Islamic Sciences of Salahaddin University and College of Education of Ishik University have arranged a mutual conference under the title of “A Religious Speech Between Openness and Closeness… Reading the Reality and Finding Solutions to treat them”. In the starting ceremony of the conference, both the president of Salahaddin University and the representative of Ishik University have presented their speeches. In a part of his speech, the president of salahaddin university has declared that after the uprising no one can forget that the political presidency of kurdistan region in the trust point of view and all religions and different colours living together, planting general love and apology. Today also insists on the belief of the unsuitable situation facing Iraq which making kurdistan region the host of all religions and beliefs especially christians, yezidi religion, shabak, turkmen and arabs. After that in two different panels, six researchers have presented their researches as each one of them has given their ideas and thoughts from their point of views in the openness of religion and the modern religious speech. The first panel has been arranged by Dr. Hassan Khalid Mufti. Dr. Nawzad Swash has presented his research which was regarding valueable education, the role of social security and the eradication of violence, Dr. Mohammed Shareef’s research was about the hand of authority in Holy Quran, Dr. Muhammed Jekeeb’s research was about the Islamic Culture as culture was the base of the conference participants. The second panel has been arranged by Dr. Idres Qadir . Dr. Mohammed Shakir Mohammed Saleh’s research was about the motivations of violence, the research of Dr. Samir Bodinar from Morocco was about the basis of religious living together according to the Islamic Ideology, finally Dr. Mohammed Iqbal Orwe from Morocco has presented his research about the exceeding obstaclesand terror in Islamic Belief.
