After the meeting no. 3 of the ministry council on 9 May 2016, new regulations for postgraduate studies in the public universities for the academic year of 2016-17 has been introduced. Offering places at the universities will be in accordance with these regulations.
Article no. 4 in the regulations within the document no. 8110 is assigned to studying master’s degree in the public universities in the Kurdistan Region which was signed on 25 May 2016. Further details can be found here: http://www.mhe-krg.org/ku/node/2916
