After a number of lecturers from the College of Law and Political Sciences giving a suggestion to the university presidency regarding Kurdistan Regional Constitution Issue and after a long debate, the university presidency decided to organize an academic Symposium under the title (For Kurdistan Regional Constitution) on 19-20/05/2015 in the social and cultural centre of salahaddin university which includes six panels, each panel has four pivots to be discussed. The main subjects are the main rules of the political system and Kurdistan regional constitution project. Civilian and democratic rules and Islam role in the regional constitution project. Arranging Kurdistan regional contacts on the foundation and law basis of the international limit of Kurdistan regional, the civilian and political rights and freedom, Kurdistan regional authority of the constitution project. The rules of separating authority, law authority, the directorates and bodies, non-central and local directorates, independent bodies and commissions, financial arrangement and natural resources in the regional constitution project.
For this reason, the project will be for all Kurdistan academic universities and they can send their proposals via e-mail address to bryarsbaban@gmail or send them to the college of Law and Political Sciences. It's important to be mentioned that the symposium will last for two days in the salahaddin university social and cultural centre in Erbil city.
