In the presidency office, assistant professor Dr. Ahmed Anwer Dizayee, president of Salahaddin University, met a delegation of Swedish Private Hospital in Erbil consisting of Mrs. Mardine Saeed secretary of general directorate and Nihad Bahram an IT specialist. In the meeting, they discussed health insurance system of the students, lecturers and staff of Kurdistan universities compared with international universities, which is a modern international health system.
Mrs. Mardine Saeed, representing the Swedish private hospital, declared that their hospital is designed in accordance with the Swedish health system, and they would like to offer a special discount for the students of Salahaddin University discount a first step and after that present a seminar in one of the colleges for lecturers and staff to give information to students for the purpose of gaining benefits of this health system. In return, the president of Salahaddin University expressed appreciation for this step to serve students; for this purpose, college of engineering has specified a day next week to present a seminar in one of its halls to introduce the health system to the students and get benefits of this hospital’s offers.
It is also worth mentioning that among the partakers there were Mohammed Rasheed Mukhtar, president assistant for financial and administration affairs, Dr. Hevi Azad university health director, Siman Abdul Hadi university health administrative director and Kameran Perdawood administrative director of the university presidency.
