In the university presidency office, assistant professor Dr. Ahmed Anwer Dezaye “the president of Salahaddin university”, with the presence of Dr. Muhammad Shakir “dean of college of Islamic Sciences” welcomed a delegation of Turkish university of Bingol which was consisted of Dr. Mustafa Qarqaz “the president of Bingol University”, head of law department and Dr. Zahir Artakine “head of Kurdish language department”.
In the meeting, they discussed strengthening the relationships between the two universities regarding exchanging students and lecturers, making mutual researches and getting benefits from each other scientific and academic experience.
Also in the meeting, they stressed on signing an agreement between the two universities. In the meeting, the president of Salahaddin university decided to dedicate a number of scientific researches, books and magazines to this university. It’s essential to be mentioned that a great number of Kurdish students of Kurdistan region of different departments are studying Master degree in this university.
