At 9.00 a.m. on Tuesday 5th Jan 2016, in the presidency office of Salahaddin University, Dr. Ahmed Anwer Dezaye “the president of salahaddin university” has welcomed a delegation of University of Massachusetts from American State of Boston which was consisted of Adam Tsiolkovsky and Bryan Williams.In the meeting in which a number of university council members and a large number of lecturers were present.
The purpose behind their visiting is to write a number of researches and books regarding Kurdistan history and the recent situation of Kurdistan especially their war against terrorists, beside the role of peshmarga forces which the world media are aware of.
On the other hand, they discussed the economic crisis facing Kurdistan despite their natural resources. The president of salahaddin university has expressed his support and cooperation so that they can be so close to Kurdistan history, he also discussed visiting peshmarga in the war fields to encourage them.
On the other hand, the president of Salahaddin University has stressed on the cooperation between the two universities in order to exchange students and lecturers to get benefits from each other .
