In the university’s social and culture centre, with the presence of President of Salahaddin University Dr. Ahmed Anwer Dezaye, Salahaddin University-Erbil organized a training course under the title of “Ethical Issues in Management Process” for the heads of departments and directors of the university.
In the opening ceremony of the course and after welcoming the trainees and the trainers, Dezaye expressed his deep wishes that this course will be a motive for working hard and speeding up the administrative affairs of the university and colleges. Then, Dr. Hakim Khoshawi, who has PhD in Quality Administration in Jagiellonian University in Poland, College of Administration and Social Relations, shed light on the ethical issues in management process, skill development and the staff ability to solve problems and deficiency. The course will last for 4 days.
