In a meeting of Dr. Ahmed Anwer Dezaye the President of Salahaddin University with Faisal Azeem Head of Education Department in the international organization of ACCA regarding accounting and banking, they discussed the programme development in the fields of accounting and banking in the college of Administration and Economy at Salahaddin University so that the education level in these departments will reach a world level to give worldwide recognised certificates to the graduates.
In the framework of the academic relationships between the two parts and with the presence of the President of Salahaddin University and the dean of the college in question, Faisal Azeem presented a scientific seminar.
The President of Salahaddin University has suggested that this organization should work hard to establish an international institute in accounting and banking.
For this reason, he has put forward his suggestion to the Ministry of Higher Education to set up such an institution and they will accept 5000 students graduated from high schools. What is more, ACCA in cooperation with London University will open a branch in Erbil city.
