Salahaddin University – Erbil, College of Basic Education hosted the third debate of the second round of the Debate Competition between Tishk International University and the University of Halabja on Wednesday February 19th, 2020. The topic of the debate was “Leadership: Innate or Acquired?”. The University of Halabja could gain more points and became the winner and Tishk International University team left the competition.
