Dr Shaho Ghafoor Ahmad, a lecturer in the College of Law, participated in a training course on local governance organized by The Hague Academy for Local Governance in the Netherlands.
It is worth mentioning that this course was held from 6 to 10 November 2023. Several public and private sector employees from the Middle East and North Africa participated in this course.
The participants from the Kurdistan Region presented their projects and ideas for consolidating the concept of local governance in the region and were welcomed and supported by the Hague academics.
