3. Video and Audio Conference
Video conferencing provides educators and businesses with the opportunity to learn, share and interact across distances. Video conferencing technology utilizes both the telephone and a video camera. The camera is often connected to a laptop or desktop computer. Video conferencing improves productivity and reduces travel time. Individuals using video conferencing can share data with each other and transfer information such as photos or documents in different ways. Video conferencing can be used in different ways, such as training employees, conducting meetings and conducting employee appraisals. The video conferencing software helps agencies operationally by improving efficiency and meeting logistics. Video conferencing technology enables students to attend classes remotely. Some colleges and universities offer full degree programs completely online. This offers greater flexibility to students and professors. Students and lecturers can meet individually through video conferencing and lecturers can hold classes online. Students with video cameras can see the professors and other students equipped with similar video equipment.

11. Project on E-learning practicing training course on Prezi software
The word Prezi is the short form of "presentation" in Hungarian. Prezi is an interactive non-linear alternative to power points and other presentation software. Prezi is a presentation tool that can be used as an alternative to traditional slide making programs such as 3Ps. This project is aimed at advanced practitioners, e-learning staffs, staff developers and other people supporting effective practice with e-learning and to add new aspect for learning and education. They are intended to develop the skills and understanding in the area of pedagogic design for the university instructors. The project also enable participants to try out tools and resources developed by the E-Learning and pedagogy program and to consider how these could be used in their own work.
12. Project on using animation in education and learning
The main purpose of this project is to fulfill a cognitive function. In this role, animations are intended to support students’ cognitive processes that ultimately result in them understanding the subject matter. Animation can be used to make very exciting and fun animations into which education and training can easily be incorporated. Instructors can also use animation to demonstrate things and concepts visually exactly how they want to since they have control of every aspect of the animation, so our AVC e-learning at SU intend to achieve university plan and aim for an effective learning tool that attracts attention, engages the learner, and sustains motivation aspect. Such effective animation training is not focused on facilitating comprehension of any academic subject matter itself and often portrays activities that are interactive, creative, fun and motivational.
13. Project on Cloud Computing in Education
Cloud computing is an umbrella term used to refer to Internet based development and services.
The “flexibility and elasticity” allows these systems to scale up and down at will utilizing the resources of all kinds of CPU, storage, server capacity, load balancing, and databases. The “pay as much as used and needed” type of utility computing and the “always on, anywhere and any place” type of network-based computing. The advantages of Cloud Computing can be summarized as follows:
- No need for high quality equipment
- Easy to use
- Provides dependable and secure data storage center
- Reduces run time and response time
14. The IPad in Education:
What benefits does this technology have for education? What does students and teachers do with their IPADS every day?
This technology helps teachers, students, principals, parents, educator, and other education stakeholders use the IPads for learning in more reflective and educational way. The main key to successful integration of the iPad in education is there for to provide teachers with proper training. Among the main benefits of using Touchpad in class we found the following benefits for students:
- Increase motivation
- Facilitate access to manage an event of and sharing information
- Fast student learning and performance
- Improve the reading experience
15. Project on Mobile Learning Technology
Mobile learning or m-learning is a new paradigm in the educational scene with opportunities and challenges in the expansion of distance learning. This new paradigm opens up a range of possibilities for teaching and learning processes. The possibilities for the use of m-learning are many and varied and need to be investigated. The main objective of this project is to improve learning through the use of mobile devices and to encourage collaborative work. We want to achieve an innovative methodology of collaboration and communication with mobile technology. Suggestions for further development of this project will be discussed in the future. Mobile learning is a relatively new tool in education which enables teachers and students to create new environments for present and distance learning.
16. National University Ranking Project

- looking for recruitment and employability for the graduated students and teachers
- to make contract with different number of international staff
- sharing with the local international conference, symposium and workshops
17. E-learning Project for Computer Science
18. E-Library Project at SUE
As we know that the traditional libraries are places designed to serve all people in a society. The needs of libraries change depending on the sizes of these constructions that include printed books and publications. Traditional historical libraries limited in number are our important sources of information today. The need for preserving the printed sources by transferring them to future generations has accelerated the change in libraries. Since ancient times, libraries have been used in different ways as a storage center that provides information. With the developments in print technologies, libraries have become not only a center of mass production of books but also an environment for information storage. The increase in audio and visual media has led to the development of such storage tools as magnetic tape and CD-ROM. For the history of digital libraries is the discovery of the Internet since 1950s, both the development of computer and Internet technologies and the capability of network technologies to allow digital access from a single point to quite far places have provided. Today, it could be stated that mostly universities provide people with library services. Therefore, each university has a library with traditional structure. University libraries constitute an important part of university education and research. Historically, universities differ not only with respect to their faculties and but also with respect to whether they are undergraduate or postgraduate students.
19. E-learning Project for the Blinded Teachers
Since Information and communication technologies (ICTs) offer opportunities to learners who are blind to engage in interaction with others and with learning Materials. This enables active communication opening both social and learning Opportunities due to that e-learning has the potential to progress people with disabilities from different edges of educational innovation. This project focuses on very rare issues related to the e-learning and the blindness in order to distinguish between a blind person and the sighted one to carry out the modern way of learning. This plan came about when the director of e-learning of AVC was engaged in teaching the last methods of training course for the trainers at SUE and one of the participants was blind.

- Archived Project for Books of SUE Professors
With the increasing use of instructional designers as pedagogical experts for eLearning activities within institutions of higher education, it is important we learn as much as possible about designing and developing effective instructional design across the disciplines. In the area of eLearning we concludes that without a team of instructional design experts, facilitation of effective eLearning is highly unlikely. For example, given the wide variety of Internet communication technologies and social software available (i.e., computer conferencing, podcasting, blogs, learning management systems, audio/video technologies, email, instant messaging, social bookmarking, peer-to-peer networks, non-immersive virtual reality, etc.), most academics will need to consult with instructional designers to ensure that the technologies they choose and use will teach the concepts effectively and meet their students’ needs.
- Kurd Genocide and Anfals
22. E - learning by Bus
Since the technology revolution is beginning to have a transformational impact on teaching and learning in schools, institutes and universities, so we planned to use vehicle to be used for this technology. The Bus will be fully equipped with all electronic accessories with internet facilities to be served for products on e - courses for country side.
